The Good

DaVinci Virtual offers many services for businesses on the go. Every successful company needs a receptionist, and DaVinci Virtual offers just that.

With DaVinci Virtual, phone calls can be taken, routed, forwarded, or screened. Forwarded and screened calls can be sent to any member of personnel within the company, or to any number specified. Call forwarding makes it easy for clients to keep in touch with your business when handled by DaVinci Virtual.

There are many ways to communicate with clients, such as voicemail, email, fax, or audio conferencing. Clients can leave voice mail that can be viewed in audio, text or email formats. Faxing is a breeze when you can simply email the fax, and have it sent instantly to a single user, or a group of recipients. Call conferences are easy to set up and attend, with up to 92 clients, if this service is activated.

DaVinci even offers a virtual receptionist, who handles the most basic forefront services your company needs to represent you. Your virtual receptionist is capable of setting up automated calls, placing orders, answering customer questions and scheduling. The virtual receptionist can also create outbound calls for tasks such as lead generation, follow up calls, market research, customer satisfaction surveys, subscription sales and renewals, and even third party verification services. Live web chat is a great tool for turning website traffic into sales, and is a good way to answer frequently asked questions or give purchasing advice to potential clients while they browse your website. Overage charges that work like cell phone plans is a main complaint. Yet another common complaint is the need for a 30 day notice before cancellation.

    I signed up for their live receptionist service months ago. Their task is simply to make appointments for me.In the 6 months they have been answering my phone the appointments and client communication has been done incorrectly 100% of the time.

    If they would spend a fraction of the money thy spend on advertising, into hiring and training competent staff they might become worth the money. that is why I am on this site looking for another answering service.

    It takes me more time to correct DaVinci’s mistakes then if I managed my own calendar
